Hospitality came first. Wedding planning came naturally.
Long before Solstice, I built my career in hospitality and event operations, learning what it takes to make an experience feel effortless for the people enjoying it. That background still shapes the way I approach weddings today - from anticipating what might be needed before anyone has to ask, to thinking about how guests move through a space, to making sure my couples feel genuinely cared for throughout the planning process. To me, hospitality isn't simply something that happens on the wedding day. It's how I approach our entire relationship.
